Baruch Sterman, Ph.D. - CEO and Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding Kayote, Baruch Sterman served as Vice President of Research & Development and Chief Scientist at deltathree, Inc. (Nasdaq:DDDC), at which time he became a recognized industry expert in VoIP technologies. Dr. Sterman was responsible for the design and implementation of the Company's real-time billing system and SIP network. He is a technical visionary who has published numerous technology papers and holds multiple patents.

Prior to joining deltathree, Baruch worked as a consultant for Israeli businesses in database design, billing systems, and automated data flow. Previously, he worked at AT&T's Bell Labs in the Satellite Communications division.

Dr. Sterman holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and a Doctorate in Physics from the Hebrew University.

David Schwartz - CTO and Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding Kayote, David Schwartz served as Director of Telephony Research at deltathree, Inc. Based on his expertise in SIP and other VoIP protocols (both on the theoretical and practical levels), he was responsible for developing solutions and for the integration of a wide range of VoIP devices including IP phones, VoIP gateways, SIP Proxies and application servers.

Prior to working at deltathree, David served as a Vice President in the Information Technology group at Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. (NYSE:BSC) There, he was responsible for the development of a three-tier mortgage allocation system. David joined Bear Stearns after serving as a senior Software Engineer at Mentor Graphics where he was responsible for the design and implementation of a VLSI editor and database for an interactive channel based routing system.

David holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, with a focus in Communication Systems.
