The product was unveiled at the fifth annual V-World™, the speech industry's "must attend" event for corporations and telecommunications service providers looking to implement voice-driven customer service and enhanced service applications.

ZOW is utilizing Nuance's Nuance 8.0, to power the ASR component of the Telephone Shows which was designed to open new revenue streams for both the Telecom and Entertainment Content Owners.

ZOW's basic genre engines: ZOW SPORTS, ZOW ACTION/ADVENTURE & ZOW TALK SHOWS, generate Virtual Performers who act, speak and think just like the people they are representing plus, because of ZOW's Complex Intelligence software, they "learn" and "interact" with the caller in a myriad of different entertainment environments.
